Tesla's Driverless Cybercab Launch Triggers US Safety Regulator Investigation

Hours after Tesla launched its driverless Cybercab robotaxi service in Austin, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened an audit of about 1,000 vehicles over how Tesla certified them as meeting federal safety standards.
