مقدمے کے مطابق، OpenAI کی اندرونی سیفٹی ٹیم نے حملے سے کئی ماہ قبل وین روٹسیلار کی بندوق تشدد سے متعلق گفتگو کو نشان زد کیا تھا، لیکن کمپنی نے رائل کینیڈین ماؤنٹڈ پولیس کو مطلع نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ صوبے کا کہنا ہے کہ پولیس کو ایک فون کال یہ سانحہ روک سکتی تھی۔
